On February 12, 2025, the fifteenth day of the Lunar New Year, the Employee Activity Center at Yongxing Company in Nigeria was adorned with festive decorations. Red lanterns were hung high, illuminating the foreign land with a rich sense of festivity. Under the interplay of light and shadow, one could almost feel transported back to familiar hometown scenes, bringing warmth and comfort to those far from home.

To help employees who are away from their homeland experience the joy and warmth of this traditional Chinese festival, the Human Resources and Administration Department of Yongxing Company carefully planned a unique event titled "Celebrating the Lantern Festival Together Across the Miles" on February 12, 2025. This special gathering allowed every employee to share in the festive cheer and feel the warmth of home, even in a distant land.

Lantern Riddles: A Blend of Wisdom and Fun

As night enveloped the activity center, the glow of lanterns illuminated the space. Meanwhile, in the barbecue area, glowing embers crackled as the tantalizing aroma of grilled food wafted through the air. Employees from both China and Nigeria showcased their grilling skills, preparing delicious skewers to share with everyone. Gathered around the barbecue, people enjoyed the music, savored the flavors, and relished the moment. In addition to the barbecue, an array of treats like popcorn and ice cream added to the culinary delight.
